# Recital 81

Appropriate channels should be developed to ensure that all parties can efficiently cooperate by digital means, through a decentralised information technology (IT) system that allows for the swift, direct, interoperable, sustainable, reliable and secure cross-border electronic exchange of case-related forms, data and information.
