NIS 2 Self Assessment

The NIS 2 Directive, in force since October 2024, strengthens the EU’s cybersecurity framework by expanding its scope and raising security standards for essential and important entities across critical sectors. It mandates robust risk management, incident reporting, and supply chain security. Like the GDPR and DSA, it has extra-territorial effect, requiring non-EU entities operating in the EU to designate an EU-based representative.
